Naked Yoga for Blood Circulation 2 Naked Inversion Poses (Via Naked a yoga School)

Sometimes our bodies are stiff and we need a little help getting the blood flowing in the right ways. If you are feeling a bit stiff and want to help channel some of your energy to move more freely this is a good class for that! We will explore beginner/intermediate inversions for you to do that will help you circulate. Sometimes we associate inversions with advanced levels but there are a ton of beginner, less rigorous inversions that we can incorporate into our practices. We will do the following: Sivasana, Body rocks, Child’s Pose, Forward Fold (w/tension releasing hand variation), 3 Legged Dog, Downward facing Dog, Hip Opener, Hip Rotations, Warrior 2, Wide Legged Forward Fold, Upward Salute, Half Lift, High Plank, Walking the Dog Out, Legs Up the Wall (w/out the wall), Supported Shoulder Stand, Plow, Ear Pressure Pose, Reclined Butterfly. -NYV0157D
